Build Your Claude OS: Skills, Agents and Context That Stays Between Sessions
Bojan Gasparovic
Your workspace. My full focus.
You use Claude Code every day, but you've outgrown how you're using it.
You use Claude Code regularly. You've built a few skills, connected to some MCPs, maybe nested CLAUDE.md files, and it helps. That's not nothing, but it's not a system.
Skills pile up and overlap. There's no shared knowledge base connecting them, no agents doing the specialized work, and nothing running unless you remember to trigger it. The value is real, but capped.
What you actually want is a setup that runs like a system: organized context, the right agents for your actual work, and routines that keep running whether you remember to or not.
I gather everything from Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs into one organized context library, with agents built for my recurring work. I ask questions on anything, prepare slides, reports and agendas, in minutes, because everything is in one place.
In 2 hours, you learn how to structure a real workspace: how to organize context library, what goes into knowledge base, how to automate skill runs, how to build and use an agent...
You leave with an organized, compounding setup, not another one-off session that fades in a week.
What you’ll learn
- Structure a real context library, build a working agent, and automate skill runs, so Claude Code runs as a system.
- Evaluate your own setup against context, agents, and automation.
- You'll leave knowing exactly which of the three you're missing today, and what to build first to close that gap.
- Learn how to structure a real knowledge base for Claude Code.
- See real examples, not theory: 100+ design systems and a dozen writing style guides, structured so skills and agents can reuse them.
- See a real agent built live, and know how to build your own.
- We review how agents work and build one live, so you know exactly how to create one for your own recurring tasks.
- Know exactly how to automate skill runs.
- Meeting notes, follow-ups, recurring reports... see how to schedule them so they run without you remembering to.
- Know exactly how to keep growing the workspace after the session ends.
- Adding context, building new skills and agents, expanding what compounds over time.

Full-time AI builder (ex-CEO, ex-VP of Product)
You probably open ChatGPT or Claude when you hit a wall: to rewrite something, get unstuck or clean up an email. It helps but you close the tab and move on. AI is not part of how you actually work yet.
Fluency is different. It's knowing which tool to reach for, how to structure your thinking, how to build shared context and how to bring your whole team along.
That's the gap I help people close.
I've spent years at the intersection of product leadership and hands-on work, from running a startup to leading teams at companies with 300+ millions of users. At every stage, I kept building things myself.
AI changed what that means. I went from curious to fluent, and it changed how I work at every level: how I think, how I plan, how I run my team.

Frequently asked questions
- I've never used Claude Code before. Is this for me? No, not yet. This session assumes you already use Claude Code regularly. If you're just getting started, Give Claude Code Another Shot might be a better fit: live, hands-on, installs the same core library. Come back here once it's part of your daily routine and you're ready for agents and automation.
- What if I've only used Claude Code a couple of times? This one's for people already using Claude Code daily with a skill or two built, not the occasional try. If it hasn't become part of your regular routine yet, start with Give Claude Code Another Shot.
- Is this the same as Give Claude Code Another Shot workshop? No. That session is for people who tried Claude Code once, dropped off, and need a restart, open enrollment, small group cohorts.
- What if there's no open cohort that works for me? Email me directly, bojan@zeroemdashes.com. I also run private cohorts, so I can set up a date that works for you.
- Does this cover Claude Cowork? No. This session is entirely about Claude Code, the terminal-based tool. We don't set up or use Cowork.
- What's the refund policy? Your purchase is backed by the Maven Guarantee.
